Cephalopod for RevolutionSF's Ambergris contest. [link]

Yupo paper... you are very odd. An odd duck, Yupo.

I thought, "This is a quick contest thing... why not use this excuse to mess around with that Yupo pad I've had since 2005?" So the second iteration of Evan-on-Yupo-[non]Paper (One of the scrollquest elements had some yupo w/ colored pencil).

Watercolor over pencil on this crazy polymer sheet. You get some crazy water reticulation and mottling with this stuff. Wonder how alcohol would react with it...

Fantastic use of watercolor, you chose a great color scheme.

Lighting, especially underwater, is hard to pull off, so great job.
